Agent-Computer-Human Experience

Agent-Computer-Human Experience (ACHE) is a product design and software engineering focused research direction within the larger Workspace Research Agenda, exploring how we might best build interfaces and software that can dually support humans and Large Language Model (LLM) agents, accounting for their respective needs, capabilities, and ways of working. Like the agenda's other directions, Future of Workspaces and Agent Phenomenology, ACHE centers the idea of the workspace, here applying the agenda’s broader account to concrete questions concerning software architecture and interface design; viewing a workspace more strictly as a computing environment that can be purposefully engineered to service human needs, agent needs, or both.
